.Mentoring- We encourage personal and professional development with respect and communication that involves both parties meeting regularly to exchange ideas, discuss progress and set goals for further development.
Podcast Appearance- We offer you the opportunity to be a guest on our podcast to share your story. We believe in the powerful message of being heard and helping others can heal us internally.
Parent Peer Network-
Parent peer support, also commonly called family
peer support or family support services, offers
hope, guidance, advocacy, and camaraderie for
parents and caregivers of children and youth
receiving services from mental health, substance
use, and related service systems. Parent support
providers deliver peer support through face-to face support groups, phone calls, or individual
meetings.
Our community is full of people who want to help. We work to help the people providing services with the people who need them. Come connect with people in new ways.
As a Community Action Program (CAP) we will ensure to help you and your future in the right direction. If we do not provide the service we will find one of our community connections that will !
Jolie' Knight holds several certifications, including Crisis Response Counselor, Washington State Prevention Summit Behavioral Health and Recovery, SAPST (Substance Use Disorder Prevention Specialist), Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention, CDF (Central Diversion Funds) for housing assistance, Washington State Health Education for Opioid Prevention (including Narcan training and supplies), and Street Outreach. She is also a Certified Peer Counselor (CPC).
Our non-profit organization was founded in May 2020 in memory of Anthony F. Garfias, driven by a personal experience navigating the challenges of the mental health system when our son needed support. Recognizing the urgent need for accessible resources, we're dedicated to empowering individuals to SPEAKOUT and SPEAKUP about mental health and suicide awareness.
We offer a range of services, including housing grants, employment and trade connections, substance abuse prevention programs, Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid training, Narcan training and supplies, and street outreach.

I have a deep passion for working in community services. My personal experiences have fostered a strong sense of compassion and understanding for others. I find great satisfaction in advocating for individuals and supporting their needs, as it provides me with a strong sense of purpose. A fun fact about me is that I love to play tennis!
