Director/Founder/CEO
Jolie Knight holds an extensive range of professional certifications, including Crisis Response Counseling, Washington State Prevention Summit Behavioral Health and Recovery, SAPST (Substance Use Disorder Prevention Specialist), Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention, and CDF (Central Diversion Funds) for housing assistance. She is also certified in Washington State Health Education for Opioid Prevention—which includes Narcan training and supply distribution—as well as Street Outreach. In addition, Jolie is a Certified Peer Counselor (CPC)
Legacy of Anthony F. Garfias
Our non-profit organization was founded in May 2020 in memory of Anthony F. Garfias, driven by a personal experience navigating the challenges of the mental health system when our son needed support. Recognizing the urgent need for accessible resources, we're dedicated to empowering individuals to SPEAKOUT and SPEAKUP about mental health and suicide awareness.
We offer a range of services, including housing grants, employment and trade connections, substance abuse prevention programs, Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid training, Narcan training and supplies, and street outreach.
